One of the more than 700 people to apply for Solarize Charlottesville is a spec home in Keswick that also aims to be “net zero” (meaning the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site.).
Join us to take a tour of this net zero home (in the final stages of construction), get a sneak preview of its innovative energy-saving features before the fall Parade of Homes, see the solar panel installation and learn more about the Solarize program and opportunities to save energy in your own home.
