Charlottesville, Virginia – The Local Energy Alliance Program (LEAP) launched a new program for commercial buildings in the City of Charlottesville that, together with a new loan with rates as low as 0% from UVA Community Credit Union, will help bring down energy costs, improve the comfort of their spaces for employees and customers, and become a more competitive and environmentally-friendly business.
