As a proud Home Performance with ENERGY STAR sponsor, LEAP provides certified home energy assessors, pre-qualified local contractors, and Quality Assurance for your energy efficiency needs. Get a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Certificate and enjoy 20% (or more) energy savings for your home. There is a nominal fee of $75 to the homeowner to participate in our program. Here’s how it works:

  • Complete a free online survey to understand your home's energy savings potential and enroll in the program.
  • If you are already working with a contractor, let us know that when you fill out the contact us form after completing your online assessment.
  • Schedule and complete an in home energy assessment and review your reports findings for cost effective energy improvements. If you live in an area with a rebate for this assessment, LEAP will make sure you get your cash rebate.
  • If you are interested in financing options, contact one of our lending partners. LEAP's HPwES program loans are as low as 0% in some areas.
  • Select a LEAP Certified Responsible Contracting Company to install your home energy improvements.
  • Once the installations are complete, LEAP will inspect the work for Quality Assurance. You will then be sent your Certificate (and cash rebate if applicable).
  • Enjoy your investment in a healthier and more comfortable home and watch the energy savings pay you dividends over the months ahead.
